Private Pilates sessions, custom-built around your body using a full range of equipment. Every movement is tailored to help you build real strength and stability, on your terms.
And I believe Pilates can change lives. Most of us move through life led entirely by our mind, rarely pausing to notice how our body carries us through it all. Trusting your body, how you carry yourself, how far you push, how much you're willing to try, is just as central to a confident life as anything the mind does.
That's where Pilates — real Pilates — comes in. Not as exercise, but as a conversation, one built session by session, through strength, control, and awareness.
"You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions." Joseph Pilates
From a young age, I struggled to feel at home and in control of my body. I tried every workout regimen imaginable, and always came back to Pilates, it met me where I was, every single time, and asked more of me as I grew stronger. My first reformer class showed me what real, controlled strength could feel like, and I wanted to share that with others, so I started my journey to become a Pilates instructor to make it happen.
Now I spend my days helping people build that same strength, in my own private, in-home studio built entirely on Balanced Body equipment, the same caliber you'd find at the industry's finest boutiques, without the crowd.
However far along that path you already are, there's always more strength to build. Wherever you're starting from, I'll meet you there and we'll build that strength together, one session at a time.
Every session is one-on-one and in-home, drawing on reformer, cadillac, chair, and mat work to build a plan around your body and your goals.
Your first session is about getting to know you. We'll spend the first 15 minutes talking through your wellness goals and your body — any injuries, past surgeries or joint replacements, pregnancy or postpartum considerations, conditions like Osteoporosis, Ehlers-Danlos, or anything else I should know to keep you safe and comfortable. From there, we move into a full 60-minute workout tailored to what we just talked about.
Before we meet, just share your goal for the session, any updates on how your body's feeling, and — if you have one — a preferred piece of equipment. Note: this option is for clients who've already completed a First Session.
A great way to build consistency and start feeling the difference session over session.
For clients ready to commit to steady progress — ideal if you're working toward a specific goal.
Our best value for clients making Pilates a regular part of their routine.
This is a studio built entirely around you — no other clients, no classes to work around. It's just you and me, for the full session. There are no children and no dogs on the property; cats are kept on a separate floor, away from the studio. You'll always find easy parking in the driveway or on the street, with your own private entrance: no studio lot, no circling for a spot.
Every surface and piece of equipment is cleaned both before and after your session, not a quick pass between clients, but a genuine reset each time, so you're always stepping onto equipment that's spotless. Keeping the studio in pristine condition for you is a top priority, every visit.
Corporate studios typically charge $90 or more for a 50-minute private session, often on a single piece of equipment. Here, a full 60-minute session gives you access to a complete suite of studio-grade apparatus most studios don't carry all in one place, at a more competitive rate, without the overhead of a large facility built into the price.
I'm a certified Pilates instructor with a 500-hour certification through Club Pilates, fully insured, and bring two years of studio experience, including time at Club Pilates and Rich Movement Pilates. That means the same training and attention to detail you'd expect from corporate or boutique studios, in a space designed just for you.
Tucked into a fully finished, 1,000-square-foot basement, the space has a calm, bright feel. You'll have a comfortable sitting area to change out of street shoes and store your belongings before we begin.
Every piece is studio-grade Balanced Body equipment:
Equipment is cleaned with a natural disinfectant both before and after every session, not just a wipe-down, but a full reset. Sweat towels are provided and freshly laundered after each use, so you're always working with a clean one.
